What Is Auditor Access?

Auditor Access allows external auditors to review your mandates, controls, evidence, and readiness — all in a secure, read‑only environment. This eliminates the need for spreadsheets, shared drives, or manual evidence packets.

What Auditors Can See

Auditors have access to:

• Mandate → Control → Evidence hierarchy
• Evidence summaries and AI interpretations
• Version history and diffs
• Readiness scores and coverage metrics
• Framework‑specific mappings

What Auditors Cannot Do

Auditors are strictly read‑only. They cannot:

• Upload or delete evidence
• Edit mandates or controls
• Modify readiness scores
• Invite or remove users
• Change tenant settings

How to Invite an Auditor

Auditor access is supported in MandateMind, but the in‑app user management interface is still being finalized. Until the Team Management panel is released, auditor invitations are handled directly by the MandateMind team.

Current Process (March 2026)

If you need to grant an auditor read‑only access to your tenant, contact your MandateMind representative or email support@mandatemind.com. We will provision the auditor account and send a secure, time‑bound access link.

1. Go to Settings → Workspace → Team Management
2. Click Invite User
3. Enter the auditor’s email
4. Select the Auditor role
5. Send the invitation

Once invited, auditors will receive a secure link to access your tenant in read‑only mode. They will be able to review mandates, controls, evidence, readiness scores, and version history without modifying anything.

Auditor‑Ready Exports

In addition to read‑only access, MandateMind provides structured exports for auditors who prefer offline review. These include mandate summaries, evidence inventories, and readiness snapshots.
